Extended class times!

We decided to add some time together and have made each class 45 minutes instead of 40. This will allow us to get some more exercises in and more importantly to make sure everyone is taking time to stretch at the end. The best way to prevent injury is to stretch stretch stretch and the only way I know people will do it is if it is incorporated into the end of the class.
